セングプタ アヤン（屋号：予約Lite）（以下「当社」）は、予約管理サービス「予約Lite」（以下「本サービス」）における個人情報の取扱いについて、 個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）その他の関係法令を遵守し、以下のとおり定めます。

1. Structure of the Service and Our Role

The Service is a tool that enables businesses such as salons, trainers, and instructors (hereinafter "Stores") to accept bookings from their own customers (hereinafter "Bookers"). Information entered by Bookers is provided to the Store with which the booking is made, and the Store manages it under its own responsibility. We store and process this information on our system on behalf of the Stores.

2. Information We Collect

店舗（アカウント登録者）から取得する情報

• Email address (used for login)
• Store name, booking page URL, business hours, menu and pricing, and the Store's contact phone number (optional)
• Access tokens for Google Calendar integration and the email address of the linked Google account (if the Store authorizes the integration)
• LINE Official Account channel information (if configured by the store)
• Payment information for paid plans (held by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store card numbers)

予約者から取得する情報

• Name and phone number
• Reserved menu item, date and time
• LINE user ID and display name (if the reservation was made through the store's LINE Official Account)
• IP address at the time of reservation (converted to an irreversible format before storage to prevent fraudulent bulk reservations)

3. Purposes of Use

• Accepting, confirming, modifying, and canceling reservations
• Notifying stores of reservation details (by email), and sending customers confirmations, day-before reminders, and cancellation notices (via LINE or on-screen display)
• Adding events to the store's Google Calendar and checking availability
• Account authentication and billing management for paid plans
• Preventing unauthorized use, responding to service issues, and improving the service
• Responding as required by law

4. Provision to Third Parties

Customer information is provided to the store with which the reservation is made. This is necessary to fulfill the reservation agreement, and customers consent to this when making a reservation. Except as described above or as required by law, we will not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent.

Please note that store information posted on the reservation page (store name, menu, prices, availability, and any phone number the store chooses to make public) is published not only on the reservation page but also via a public API and in machine-readable formats for AI agents. Customer information such as names, phone numbers, and reservation details is never published or provided through these means.

5. Service Providers (External Services)

This service uses the following external services, to which we entrust the storage and processing of information. Each company handles information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

• Supabase, Inc. (database and authentication)
• Vercel, Inc. (hosting and page speed measurement)
• Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS and analytics for the introduction page)
• Google LLC (calendar integration)
• LY Corporation (display within the LINE app and message delivery)
• Stripe, Inc. (payments)
• Resend, Inc. (email delivery)

Some of these services store data on servers located outside Japan (such as in the United States). Through our contracts with each company, we have confirmed that security management measures consistent with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information are in place.

6. Handling of Google User Data

本サービスがGoogle APIから取得する情報（カレンダーの予定の有無・作成した予定）の利用は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use の要件を含む）に準拠します。取得した情報は、空き状況の判定と予約の予定登録のみに使用し、広告目的での利用や第三者への譲渡は行いません。

7. Cookies

The store management dashboard uses cookies solely to keep you logged in. The booking page for customers does not use cookies, and we do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. The only measurement performed on the booking page is the page load speed measurement described below (using only information that does not identify individuals).

外部送信について：本サービスでは、次の外部サービスに情報を送信しています。いずれもCookieは使用せず、氏名・電話番号・メールアドレスなど個人を特定する情報は送信されません。予約確認ページ（予約後にお送りするリンク先）および店舗向け管理画面ではいずれも利用していません。

• Cloudflare Web Analytics（送信先：Cloudflare, Inc.、プライバシーポリシー） ：紹介ページ（トップページ、登録・ログイン、利用規約・プライバシーポリシー等）のアクセス状況の把握。閲覧したページのURL、参照元、ブラウザ・端末の種類、表示速度などを送信します。
• Vercel Speed Insights（送信先：Vercel, Inc.、プライバシーポリシー） ：紹介ページおよび予約ページの表示速度の計測と改善。ページのURL（URL末尾の識別子などのパラメータは除去します）、表示速度の指標、ブラウザ・端末の種類、おおよその地域を送信します。

8. Security Measures

All communications are encrypted using TLS. Database access is restricted on a per-store basis, and each store can view only its own information. Credentials for external services are stored in an encrypted environment.

9. Retention Period

Reservation information is retained until the store deletes its account. When a store's account is deleted, the information of customers associated with that store is also deleted.

10. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.

If you wish to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your information, please contact us using the details below. Customers may also contact the store they booked with directly. We will respond in accordance with applicable laws after verifying your identity.
